We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic Business Development Executives to drive sales and customer engagement across Gujarat.
Job Responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for the complete sales process from lead generation to project handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential customers from provided and self-generated leads.
- Contact prospective clients and schedule meetings.
- Visit customer locations for discussions and site surveys.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Explain product features, technical specifications, benefits, and return on investment (ROI).
- Prepare and present quotations based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with clients and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Build strong relationships with customers and address their queries.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure timely completion of projects until successful installation and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in Solar EPC, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or B2C Sales will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of solar energy products and solutions will be an added benefit.
