We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Furniture Sales Executive to drive showroom sales, assist clients in selecting furniture solutions, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for interiors, strong communication skills, and a flair for sales.
Responsibilites;
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions
- Explain product features, materials, pricing, and customization options
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with the design and operations team for order execution
- Maintain showroom presentation and product displays
- Handle customer queries, objections, and provide after-sales support
- Update CRM with customer interactions and sales progress.
Requirements;
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role.
- Communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of furniture, interiors, or home décor (preferred)
- Sales-driven with a customer-first approach
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
