Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chat.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain a professional and courteous interaction with customers.
- Record customer interactions and update system records.
- Meet quality and productivity standards.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team when required.
