Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Professor to join our teaching faculty. The role involves academic instruction, research guidance, curriculum development, and active participation in institutional growth. The candidate will contribute to shaping future healthcare professionals through innovative teaching and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in assigned subjects.
- Guide undergraduate students in academic projects and research.
- Develop and update curriculum in line with regulatory standards.
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and institutional events.
- Conduct assessments, examinations, and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Engage in scholarly research, publications, and professional development.
- Uphold discipline, ethics, and institutional policies.
Employment Terms
- Working Hours: 6.5 hours per day (for teaching and administrative staff).
- Probation Period: 3 months.
- Leave Policy: Casual Leave, Maternity Leave, Compensatory Leave, Earned Leave.
- Salary Structure: Basic + DA (58%) + HRA + TA + Special + LTA.
- Increment: Annual, based on performance.
- Notice Period: 1 month.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
