Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue for the company’s co-working spaces by generating leads, converting prospects into members, and building strong client relationships. The role involves identifying potential clients such as startups, freelancers, SMEs, and corporate teams, presenting workspace solutions, conducting property tours, and closing membership deals.The Sales Executive will work closely with the community and operations teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience and maintain high occupancy levels.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
· Generate new leads through direct sales, networking, digital platforms, and referrals.
· Promote co-working office spaces to startups, freelancers, SMEs, and corporate clients.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and occupancy targets.
· Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
Client Acquisition
· Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into workspace memberships or office leases.
· Conduct site tours and workspace presentations for prospective clients.
· Prepare proposals, quotations, and membership agreements.
Relationship Management
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and members.
· Understand client workspace requirements and provide suitable solutions.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Research
· Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments.
· Provide feedback to management regarding market demand and pricing strategy.
Coordination & Operations Support
· Work closely with community managers and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
· Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns.
· Ensure proper documentation and CRM updates.
Reporting
· Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities.
· Track sales performance and submit regular reports to management.
· Manage sales pipeline and follow-ups effectively.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MBA, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
· Experience in co-working spaces, commercial real estate leasing, or office space sales preferred.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
