Key Responsibilities:
- Review arrival lists and ensure personalized guest welcome.
- Attend to special guests (e.g., VIPs), resolving their queries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing welcome kits (e.g., room service menus, local area information).
- Provide guests with information about amenities, venues, and services.
- Build rapport with guests and anticipate their needs proactively.
- Assist with guest tasks like confirming travel arrangements or managing special requests.
- Address and resolve guest complaints professionally; escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records in the guest logbook.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and service quality standards.
Key Requirements:
Education: Degree in Hospitality Technical Skills:
- Proficient in guest management and hospitality service tools
- Strong command over English (additional languages are a plus)
Personal Traits:
- Customer-oriented, well-presented, and tactful
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Calm, organized, and composed under pressure
- Patient, energetic, and open-minded personality
