Job Description – Senior Project Manager (Civil)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of building construction projects from planning to handover.
- Develop project execution strategies and ensure timely delivery within budget, quality, and safety standards.
- Build, lead, mentor, and manage high-performing project teams across multiple sites.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, procurement, billing, contracts, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and statutory authorities.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Drive operational excellence, project profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Support tendering, project acquisition, and business development initiatives.
- Build strong client relationships to secure repeat business and contribute to the company's growth.
- Submit project MIS and strategic updates to the management.
Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in building construction projects.
- Proven experience in leading large residential, commercial, institutional, or industrial projects in Odisha.
- Strong leadership, commercial, contractual, and stakeholder management skills.
