Eleven Ace Academy is a fast-growing education and tutoring company dedicated to helping students achieve academic excellence through high-quality tutoring and educational support. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Operations Executive who can actively contribute to business growth while ensuring smooth day-to-day operational coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both sales and operational responsibilities, has strong communication skills, and is driven by achieving targets and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Respond promptly to parent and student enquiries across WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Conduct consultation calls with prospective parents and students to understand their requirements.
- Convert enquiries into paying customers through effective follow-up and relationship-building.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring all leads are tracked and followed up consistently.
- Re-engage inactive leads and nurture prospective clients until conversion.
- Support marketing and promotional campaigns by contacting leads and generating enrolments.
- Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversion data.
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and existing parents.
- Build strong relationships with families to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Address enquiries, concerns, and service-related issues professionally and efficiently.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate improvement opportunities to management.
Operations & Coordination
- Liaise with tutors, parents, and internal teams to ensure smooth programme delivery.
- Maintain student records, reports, and documentation in company systems.
- Assist with operational projects, process improvements, and administrative tasks as required.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to enrolments, customer interactions, and operational performance.
Communication & Reporting
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, lead status, and operational progress.
- Maintain professional and timely communication across all company channels.
- Ensure prompt acknowledgement and response to work-related communications during working hours.
- Collaborate closely with management to support business growth initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development, operations, or a similar role.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to build rapport and close enquiries.
- Confident in handling calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and communication tools.
- Experience in the education, tutoring, EdTech, or service industry is an advantage.
