We are seeking recent Computer Science graduates to join our Software Support Team (Location: Thrissur). The position involves understanding our ERP software, addressing client queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing resolution support for our development team.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical liaison between clients and the internal development team.
- Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot client-reported issues in our ERP software.
- Perform root cause analysis and deliver effective solutions within defined timelines.
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
- Document client interactions, reported issues, and solutions in a clear and organized manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the issue resolution process.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing timely and efficient support.
