Purpose
Own the operational backbone of Audit Product delivery - ensuring structured execution, quality gates, and predictable velocity. Implement governance standards, enforce "Definition of Ready," and coordinate delivery timelines across Audit Product, Engineering, and any other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Gates & Standards
Establish and enforce "Definition of Ready" criteria for all product requirements.
Implement governance frameworks from central standards teams and maintain operational playbooks.
Delivery & Coordination
Translate strategic objectives into executable activities.
Own end-to-end delivery timelines and track progress against commitments. Develop remediation plans for any at risk work.
Coordinate with IT PMO and Enterprise Architecture on dependencies, budgets, and technical schedules.
Partner with Success teams (Americas, EMEA, APAC) on UAT, rollout planning, adoption tracking, and ROI reporting.
Operational Cadence
Manage governance meetings, integrated dashboards, and upward or outward reporting.
Facilitate planning, resourcing, and continuous improvement.
Leadership
Provide guidance and performance management for direct reports (e.g., Project Coordinators).
Expereince of 10 or more years of relevant expereince will be required. Any graduate or above education is preferreed. Minimum graduate is a must.
Strong product operations or PMO experience with structured delivery management.
Expertise in quality gates, "Definition of Ready" frameworks, and delivery tracking.
Experience coordinating UAT, rollouts, and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proven team leadership capability.
