Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of field experience in textile
- Experience with textile agents, wholesalers, manufacturers, traders
- Prior exposure to Sarees, Suits, Kurtis, Dress Materials, or similar textile categories preferred
Salary Range: 35k to 40k
Roles:
- Identify and onboard textile manufacturers, wholesalers, and sellers for the platform
- Visit suppliers regularly to understand their product range, catalog, pricing, and capabilities
- Evaluate product quality, market demand, and sourcing opportunities
- Conduct commercial negotiations and finalize sourcing agreements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with textile vendors across Surat and other textile hubs
- Stay updated on latest fabric trends, designs, patterns, and market movements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth vendor onboarding and catalog management
- Source competitive products that align with customer demand across India
- Travel extensively within textile markets for vendor development and business expansion
- Analyze supplier performance and identify new sourcing opportunities
- Willingness to work in a market-facing, field-based role
Qualification:
- Any Graduate preferred
- Candidates from Textile, Fashion, Merchandising, Buying, Sourcing, or related backgrounds will be preferred
- Strong understanding of textile products, fabrics, designs, patterns, and market trends
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use digital platforms and sourcing tools
