AI Business Automation Engineer About the Role
Wolf Group India is looking for an AI Business Automation Engineer who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Business Process Optimization.
In this role, you will develop AI-powered solutions to automate Export Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Finance, and business operations. If you enjoy building AI workflows, integrating APIs, and solving real-world business challenges, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered business automation workflows.
- Build AI agents using OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar LLMs.
- Automate Export Sales and Marketing processes.
- Automate lead generation, customer follow-ups, and CRM workflows.
- Integrate AI solutions with Zoho, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, and other business platforms.
- Develop API integrations and automate repetitive business tasks.
- Create dashboards and reports to improve business decision-making.
- Research and implement the latest AI technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with different teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver AI-driven solutions.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in AI, Automation, or Python Development.
- Strong knowledge of Python.
- Experience working with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or other LLM APIs.
- Good understanding of Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with n8n, Make.com, or Zapier.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and Webhooks.
- SQL and database management.
- Git/GitHub.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
