Key Responsibilities: -
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and salary calculations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and TDS.
- Prepare payroll reports, salary statements, and MIS reports.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Maintain employee records and payroll documentation.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for payroll reconciliation and salary disbursement.
- Support onboarding, exit formalities, and full & final settlements.
- Assist in HR operations and employee documentation activities.
Requirements: -
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
- Knowledge of payroll software, HRMS, and MS Excel.
- Understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills: -
- Experience in handling payroll for multiple employees.
- Familiarity with HRIS/ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Excel functions and reporting.
