Job Title: Staff Nurse
Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our hospital. The candidate should assist doctors, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and ensure proper nursing care as per hospital protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors
- Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures
- Provide wound care, dressing, and basic nursing procedures
- Maintain patient records and update reports regularly
- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment and care
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in patient care areas
- Respond quickly to emergencies and provide immediate care
- Follow hospital policies and infection control protocols
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth patient care
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Sc Nursing qualification
- Valid Nursing Registration Certificate (TNMC Certificate mandatory)
- Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and patient-handling skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
