Salary: Upto 32k in hand
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT requirements in the US market
- Source candidates using job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
- Negotiate rates/salaries and handle offer closures
- Maintain and update candidate databases in ATS
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
- Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding
Note
- We are 5.5 Days working (alternate Saturdays off)
- You shift hours will be from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM (on Saturday 12PM-9pm)
- We have mandatory 24 months stability agreement
