Roles & Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective customers through outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain our products and services effectively.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary & Benefits
Probation Period (2 Months):
- Fixed Pay: ₹17,000 per month
- Performance-Based Variable Pay: Up to ₹13,000 per month
After Probation:
- CTC: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA (Performance Based)
