Team & Operations Management
- Supervise and manage Field Delivery cum Sales Partners in the assigned area
- Ensure daily attendance, route adherence, and productivity of field teams
- Monitor delivery efficiency, customer service standards, and compliance
- Handle on-ground challenges and provide quick resolutions
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive sales targets through effective field execution
- Support partners in upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention
- Identify new market opportunities and high-potential locations
- Support outlet-level performance improvement initiatives
Training & Onboarding
- Assist in onboarding new field partners
- Provide basic training, motivation, and continuous performance guidance
- Act as a bridge between management and field staff
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily and weekly performance reports
- Coordinate with internal teams (Business and People Experience)
- Share market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
