Job Brief
We are looking for a results-driven Retail Sales Executive to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can identify customer needs, present solutions, and ensure every visitor leaves satisfied. You will be responsible for maintaining the visual standards of the showroom and contributing to the store's overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Engagement: Greet and direct customers in a friendly, professional manner to make them feel welcome.
* Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets by using effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
* Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of product features, pricing, and after-sales services to provide accurate information.
* Inventory & Merchandising: Ensure racks are fully stocked and merchandise is organized according to visual standards.
* Transaction Management: Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process payments, manage returns, and handle exchanges accurately.
* Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities through networking or customer follow-ups to encourage repeat business.
* Feedback Reporting: Collect customer feedback and report market trends to management to help improve service levels.
## Requirements and Skills
* Experience: Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role in a customer-facing environment.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in using POS systems and basic CRM software for tracking customer interactions.
* Personal Traits: A positive, resilient attitude with a strong desire to resolve customer complaints promptly.
* Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours as needed.
* Education: A high school diploma is usually required; a degree in Marketing or Business is often preferred for executive-level roles.
