- As part of IBP GBS Desk L1 Incident management Support to the Business users for S&OP Planning functions, Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Commercial consolidation process of Teva Integrated Business Process.

Perform day-to-day process for Master & Transaction Data validation, Data upload, Planning combination creation, Data Realignment across system for S&OP, Demand & Supply Planning in the SAP ECC, APO, IBP & SAC Planning systems, using functional knowledge and to guide business users on the proper use of those functions and systems.

Conduct and support ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed

As part of IBP GBS Desk L1 Incident management will support for Job monitoring, Incident and Problem resolution, assist the Business Planners with the use of functions and features, and provide related training and guidance.

As part of IBP GBS Desk L1 Incident management will be first line for contact to support business in S&OP Planning operations by responding to inquiries, fulfilling help requests, coordinating with technical teams, system access and authorization and provide end user system support for SAP ECC, APO, IBP and SAC

Communicate to all stake holders based on time and activity specific tasks.

Prepare Analytics Chats and Matrix based reports.
- Bachelor's degree, as BBA, MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Operations is required.

2-4 years of work experience in Supply Chain Planning & Operations from Manufacturing, BPO, KPO are preferred.

Industry preference is Pharmaceutical / Health Care / Life Science.

Functional knowledge in SAP ECC, APO, IBP and SAC planning tools are required.

Experience with Data integration, validation and management between different SAP systems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, result oriented with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent command of verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams across global regions.

Proficient in MS office tools as MS Excel, Word, Power Point.
