Job Title: Facade & Interior Engineer (PMC)

Experience: 5–6Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Role & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor facade and interior works on behalf of the PMC.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for compliance with project specifications.
- Ensure execution of glazing, ACP, aluminium systems, stone cladding, waterproofing, false ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, and other finishing works as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with the client, architect, consultants, contractors, and MEP teams.
- Conduct quality inspections, witness material testing, and ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures.
- Verify work progress, measurements, contractor bills, and BOQs.
- Monitor project schedules, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and contractual requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and attend coordination meetings.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of facade systems and interior finishing works.
- Experience in quality control, billing verification, and project coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
