Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (split AC, centralized HVAC, chillers, AHU, FCU).
- Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas have proper cooling and ventilation.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance as per schedule.
Daily Operations
- Check temperature levels and system performance across the property.
- Attend guest complaints related to AC issues (no cooling, noise, leakage, etc.) promptly.
- Clean filters, coils, ducts, and vents regularly.
Technical Work
- Diagnose faults in compressors, motors, thermostats, and electrical components.
- Handle gas charging, leak detection, and pressure testing.
- Maintain control panels and electrical connections related to HVAC systems.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain maintenance logs and service records.
- Report major issues or equipment failures to the Engineering Supervisor.
- Track spare parts usage and inventory.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow safety procedures and hotel engineering standards.
- Ensure systems comply with energy efficiency and environmental norms.
- Handle refrigerants safely as per guidelines.
Coordination
- Work closely with housekeeping and front office for room readiness.
- Support during events/banquets to ensure proper cooling arrangements.
- Assist other engineering team members when required.
Emergency Duties
- Be available for breakdown calls and urgent repairs.
- Handle emergency situations like system failures or power issues.

Pay: ₹18,659.23 - ₹20,000.00 per month
