- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email,
- Follow up with customers
- Schedule service appointments and remind customers about maintenance.
- Maintain customer databases and records accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and collect feedback.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Inform customers about offers, insurance renewals, exchange programs, and new vehicle launches.
- Build long-term relationships to improve customer loyalty and repeat business.
