Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professional to drive strategic growth across our Pharmaceutical and Cosmeceutical portfolio. The role demands a proactive leader capable of expanding market presence, building high-value partnerships, and accelerating revenue through structured business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Expansion & Strategy
- Identify, evaluate, and penetrate new domestic and international markets for Pharma formulations and Cosmeceutical products
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with organizational growth targets
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitor movements to identify business opportunities
2. Client Acquisition & Channel Development
- Drive B2B business by onboarding distributors, stockists, institutional buyers, and PCD/franchise partners
- Build and scale a sustainable distribution network across assigned territories
- Generate high-quality leads through digital platforms, industry events, and professional networks
3. Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders including corporate clients, dermatologists, hospitals, and healthcare professionals
- Ensure high client retention through consistent engagement and service excellence
4. Sales Execution & Revenue Growth
- Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation → product presentation → negotiation → closure
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and KPIs
- Strategically position products to maximize market share and profitability
5. Negotiation & Commercial Management
- Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements
- Ensure alignment with company profitability and compliance standards
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and client data in CRM systems
- Prepare regular MIS reports, market intelligence insights, and performance dashboards for management
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
- B.Pharma / B.Sc (Life Sciences) – Preferred
- MBA in Sales / Marketing – Strong advantage
Experience
- 4–6 years of proven track record in Business Development / Sales within Pharma or Cosmeceutical industry
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and market expansion
Pay: ₹25,500.91 - ₹50,500.00 per month
