Required Experience: 5 years+
Job Location: Gurgaon, Sec-83 (Work from Office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advisory on corporate, labor, and employment laws
- Draft and review contracts including employment agreements, NDAs, and commercial agreements.
- Manage litigation and dispute matters in coordination with external counsel.
- Support clients with compliance, regulatory matters, and startup advisory.
- Assist with intellectual property matters including trademarks and copyrights.
- Mentor junior associates and manage multiple client engagements.
- Experience in Employer and Employee disputes
Candidate Requirements:
- LL.B / LL.M from a recognized university.
- Experience in a law firm or corporate legal role.
- Strong drafting, research, and client management skills.
- Experience in corporate advisory, employment law, and litigation is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Candidate should be open to traveling within Delhi/NCR for court hearings.
- Comfortable arguing for matters in the court.
