- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Searching the Tenders – Daily search the Tenders for our scope of work from Govt. Organizations & tender providing agency websites.
- Taking approvals for participating in the bidding process.
- Prepare the requisition.
- Purchase the Tenders.
- Reading & analysing the Tenders.
- Read the Tender Document & prepare the Checklist as below:
o Understand the submission schedule & procedure.o Understand qualification criteria for making documentary proof while submission.o List of documents required while submission of tenders.o List of annexures.o Understand the different clauses mentioned in the tenders.o Techno-commercial queries.
- Inter-departmental communication for tendering process.
- Pre-Bid Meeting – Prepare authorization letter & attend the pre-bid meeting with queries & tender documents.
- Prepare technical bid documents.
- Tender bid opening process.
- Notary Work – Arranging & printing the technical documents for Notary work.
- Prepare BOQ – Prepare the Bill of Quantity in Excel & forward to seniors for costing of the project.
- Prepare & submission of tenders – Compile all technical & financial data required and submit online/offline.
- Desired Skills & Competencies:
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.
- Well-developed negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle MIS.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, PPT.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Govt. tenders and familiar with online tender submissions.
- Excellent communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
