Job Summary
We are looking for a senior Marketing Senior Manager to drive brand growth, lead campaigns, and boost sales for our construction materials business. You will manage digital + offline marketing, coordinate with architects, engineers, and develop new business opportunities in Tamil Nadu.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution.
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans for construction materials (Bitumen Emulsion).
- Manage digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, social media, WhatsApp campaigns).
- Create content (brochures, case studies, website updates, press releases).
- Organize dealer meets, site visits, exhibitions, and contractor meet in Tamil Nadu.
2. Brand & Lead Generation
- Build brand awareness in around Tamil Nadu.
- Generate leads via digital ads, email marketing, and by visiting customer office.
- Coordinate with Road Contractors, Engineers, Builders for project tie-ups.
- Create success stories/case studies of completed projects.
3. Market Research & Sales Support
- Track industry trends, competition, and customer preferences.
- Support sales team with product presentations, samples, and technical inputs.
- Manage marketing budget, track ROI of campaigns, and report to management.
- Handle social media pages, respond to customer queries, and improve online presence.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred. BE/BBA with strong marketing experience works.
- Experience: 10 years in marketing, preferably in construction materials/customer handling.
- Skills:
- Digital marketing (SEO, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, email marketing).
- Content creation (English + Tamil), MS Office, Google tools.
- Event management, dealer/distributor coordination.
- Languages: Fluent in Tamil, good written & spoken English.
- Other: Willing to travel within Tamil Nadu, attend industry events.
