Woodrock Infotech is hiring! We are looking for experienced and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our Inbound Voice Process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide accurate information.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Document customer interactions as per company guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve performance targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an Inbound Voice Process or a similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Maximum age: 33 years.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
