Job Overview
Marikar Honda Two Wheelers is seeking a detail-oriented Tally and Excel Operator to join our automobile dealership team in Trivandrum. You will manage daily accounting entries, inventory logs, and data reporting using Tally and Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Input daily sales, purchases, receipts, and payments into Tally.
- Inventory Tracking: Maintain accurate spare parts and vehicle inventory logs.
- Excel Reporting: Create spreadsheets using advanced formulas to track dealership performance.
- Reconciliation: Verify bank statements, ledger balances, and cash transactions daily.
- Documentation: File and organize physical invoices, tax documents, and vouchers.
Required Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Tally and Excel operations.
- Age: Strictly below 23 years old.
- Education: Minimum 12th (Commerce background is preferred).
Technical Skills
- Tally Proficiency: Complete knowledge of voucher entries, ledgers, and inventory features.
- Excel Expertise: Advanced skills in VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and logical formulas.
- Speed: High data entry speed with excellent numerical accuracy.
Soft Skills
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good communication in Malayalam.
