- Good English communication skills
- Comfortable working in night/rotational shifts
- Indore-based candidates or candidates willing to relocate immediately
- Immediate joiners preferred; notice period candidates may also apply
Job Responsibilty
- Handle day-to-day activities related to the US healthcare process
- Communicate professionally with US customers/patients as required
- Understand and process customer queries accurately
- Maintain process documentation and data accuracy
- Follow company policies, quality standards and process guidelines
