Key Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate should have successfully managed the construction and delivery of large-scale industrial facilities, including:
- Manufacturing factories
- RCC/ROC industrial buildings
- Distilleries
- Ethanol plants
- Warehouses and logistics facilities
- Process plants and related industrial infrastructure
Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven track record of leading industrial construction projects from planning through commissioning.
- Experience managing EPC contractors, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, quality assurance, and safety management.
- Experience handling multiple stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of industrial construction projects.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Oversee procurement, construction progress, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Provide regular project status reports to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Diploma
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
