Snow White Water Solutions is hiring Technical Consultants to support technical operations, prepare proposals, create design documents, and provide training to internal teams. This is an office-based role with no field work involved.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare proposals and quotations for customers
- Create technical design documents and project reports
- Provide training to team members in Tamil and/or Hindi
- Handle technical queries and provide support to service and sales teams
- Assist in technical planning and documentation
- Learn and work on WTP, RO, DM Plants, Softeners, and Water Treatment Systems (Training Provided)
Qualification:

Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- English – Speak, Read & Write
- Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage
- Basic computer and documentation skills

Snow White Water Solutions is hiring Help Line Support / Customer Support Executives to handle customer inquiries, service requests, and provide assistance related to RO Systems and Water Treatment Solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Attend inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries
- Register service complaints and coordinate with service technicians
- Follow up with customers regarding service status and resolution
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain customer satisfaction
- Maintain records of customer interactions and service requests
- Provide basic information about products and services

- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
