About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Executive who can prepare MIS reports, analyze store profitability, monitor business performance, and provide financial insights to support management decisions.
This is not a routine accounting role. We are looking for candidates with experience in financial reporting, MIS, profitability analysis, budgeting, and business finance.
Candidates with experience in retail or fashion brands will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports
- Analyze store-wise profitability and business performance
- Manage accounting entries, ledgers and reconciliations
- Monitor expenses, budgets and cash flow
- Perform bank, cash and payment reconciliations
- Prepare management reports with actionable financial insights
- Coordinate with CA for statutory compliance and audits
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and accounting processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Good working knowledge of Odoo/ERP and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in retail or fashion industry is preferred
