- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Allocate manpower, machines, and resources efficiently to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of customer orders.
- Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch departments for uninterrupted production.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing processes.
- Monitor productivity, material utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve output.
- Ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
- Review production reports and maintain accurate production records.
- Monitor machine utilization and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
- Train, guide, and supervise operators, fitters, helpers, and other production personnel.
- Enforce safety practices, housekeeping standards, and 5S activities on the shop floor.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality systems, and operational procedures.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity.
- Support management in capacity planning, manpower planning, and production forecasting.
- Handle shop floor issues and ensure effective communication between departments.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of production employees.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Management.
Pay: ₹10,044.42 - ₹25,000.00 per month
