Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and maintenance.
- Handle travel bookings, accommodation, and meeting arrangements.
- Monitor office assets and inventory.
- Support employee onboarding and general office administration.
- Coordinate courier, dispatch, and reception activities.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in administration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
