Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage end-to-end finance, accounting, payroll, taxation, and statutory compliance for our India operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling financial processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage complete accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
* Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
* Process payroll for 100+ employees and coordinate with HR.
* Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and LWF compliances.
* Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
* Manage vendor invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
* Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
* Generate invoices for international clients and manage LUT compliance.
* Collaborate with global finance teams for reporting and reconciliations.
Required Qualifications
* Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
* Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
* Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, payroll, and statutory compliance.
* Experience handling finance operations independently.
* Proficiency in Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks, and MS Excel.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
