Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Handle social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Perform keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns and automation.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and campaigns.
- Manage website content updates (WordPress or similar CMS).
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and Social Media Marketing
- Hands-on experience with paid ads and campaign optimization
- Basic understanding of HTML, WordPress, or CMS platforms
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Content planning and copywriting basics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B or IT industry marketing
- Knowledge of tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Mailchimp
- Understanding of lead generation and conversion strategies
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
