1. Coordinate and supervise HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion within budget constraints.
2. Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
3. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to quality standards and manufacturer specifications.
4. Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations to minimize accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
5. Coordinate with project managers and procurement to ensure the availability of required materials, equipment, and tools.
6. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and meeting project milestones.
7. Interact with clients and address their concerns, providing regular project updates and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
8. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the HVAC team, troubleshooting complex issues as they arise.
9. Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure the proper functioning and installation of HVAC systems.
10. Maintain accurate project documentation, including work reports, progress updates, and change orders.
11. Monitor project expenses and costs, keeping them within budget limits and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
12. Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains, implementing best practices and lessons learned in future projects.
13. Reporting to senior Supervisior.
Qualification and Skill:
1. Solid understanding of HVAC systems, installation, maintenance, and repair techniques, typically acquired through formal education or relevant work experience.
2. Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
3. Familiarity with HVAC industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and other stakeholders effectively.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and find effective solutions during project execution.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery of projects.
7. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of work.
8. Proactive and adaptable leadership style, inspiring teamwork and fostering a positive work environment.
9. Familiarity with computer applications and software used for project management and documentation.
10. High school diploma or equivalent is typically required, and additional certifications or technical training in HVAC-related fields may be advantageous.
