- Quality Control Management: Oversee and ensure the highest standards of quality throughout the production process, from raw material (fabric) to final product inspection.
- Production Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve production-related challenges, using expertise in garment construction and sewing techniques to minimize delays and defects.
- QA Best Practices Implementation: Introduce and enforce garmenting quality assurance best practices across all vendors, ensuring consistency and top-notch quality in every order.
- Buyer Liaison: Manage and handle buyer samples with precision, ensuring their specifications are met while maintaining strong communication and relationship-building with individual buyers.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with production teams and vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality products. Demonstrate excellent communication skills in reporting issues, providing feedback, and offering solutions.
