Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
- Collaborate with development, testing, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Assist in requirement clarification, solution validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Create process flow diagrams, reports, and project documentation.
- Communicate project updates and requirements effectively with stakeholders.
- Support business process optimization initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes is an advantage.
- Knowledge of documentation and process-mapping tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant internships, certifications, or project experience are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms, Salesforce, or business process management tools is a plus.
