Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, visitors, travel plans and daily schedule.
- Coordinate visitor handling, hospitality arrangements, travel bookings and visa documentation.
- Draft letters, emails, internal notes, circulars and follow-up communications for MD review.
- Coordinate management reviews, department meetings, safety reviews, project reviews, customer meetings and compliance meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, circulate trackers and follow up action points until closure.
- Maintain MD Office trackers for business reviews, projects, safety, compliance, ERP, HR, quality, audit, NCs, incidents and IMS actions.
- Follow up on NC closure, incident report closure, HR monthly document submissions and statutory/compliance action points.
- Monitor ERP-related updates such as effort logs, job allocation, pending entries and Dashboard.
- Escalate overdue, incomplete, critical or high-risk matters to the MD on time.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, follow-up and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, email and digital tracking tools.
- Ability to coordinate with senior management and multiple departments.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing, projects, safety, compliance, HR, quality or IMS will be an advantage.
Qualification
Any Degree / MBA / Business Administration / Engineering background may apply.
Experience
3 to 8 years of experience as Executive Assistant, Secretary, Management Coordinator, Admin Executive, Office Coordinator or similar role.
Experience in a manufacturing company will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
