The Student Affairs Executive will be responsible for managing student engagement, addressing student concerns, and ensuring a smooth and positive student experience throughout their journey in the organization. This role acts as a bridge between students and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for students regarding queries, concerns, and support requirements
- Ensure a high level of student satisfaction and engagement
- Coordinate student onboarding, orientation, and induction programs
- Handle student grievances and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain regular communication with students through calls, messages, and meetings
- Track student attendance, performance, and participation
- Coordinate with Academic, Placement, and Administration teams for seamless operations
- Organize student engagement activities, events, and feedback sessions
- Collect and analyze student feedback to improve services
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of student records
- Support placement and career guidance activities when required

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: HR, Psychology, Education, or Management)
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
