Job Summary
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with 4–5 years of
experience in industrial automation and machine building. The
candidate should have strong knowledge of electrical design, control
panel design, machine wiring, electrical component selection,
AutoCAD Electrical/AutoCAD, and troubleshooting.
The candidate will be responsible for electrical design and execution
from concept/design stage through panel building, machine wiring,
testing, FAT, commissioning, and customer handover.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare electrical schematics, control circuit diagrams and
wiring drawings using AutoCAD.
Design electrical control panels for automation machines and
SPMs.
Select appropriate electrical components based on machine
requirements.
Prepare and maintain BOM, cable schedules, terminal schedules
and I/O lists.
Design control circuits involving:
o PLC
o HMI
o VFD
o Servo drives/motors
o Sensors
o Solenoid valves
o Relays/contactors
o SMPS
o Safety devices
Coordinate with Mechanical, PLC, Purchase, Stores,
Production and Project teams.
Review electrical requirements against the approved TDS,
machine layout and BOM.
Support panel fabrication, panel wiring and machine electrical
installation.
Perform continuity, insulation, voltage, earthing and other
electrical checks before machine testing.
Support PLC engineers during I/O checking and machine
commissioning.
Troubleshoot electrical and control-system problems during
assembly, FAT and commissioning.
Ensure electrical drawings are updated according to actual
machine wiring/as-built conditions.
Support FAT, SAT and customer commissioning activities.
Follow electrical safety standards and company design practices.
Maintain proper revision control of electrical drawings and
documents.
Required Technical Skills
4–5 years of experience in industrial automation / SPM / machine
building.
AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory; AutoCAD Electrical
knowledge is preferred.
Good knowledge of control panel design and machine wiring.
Good understanding of PLC I/O and industrial automation
systems.
Knowledge of VFD and servo drive wiring.
Knowledge of sensors, actuators, relays, contactors and safety
circuits.
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
Knowledge of electrical protection devices such as MCB, MCCB,
fuse, overload relay, ELCB/RCCB, etc.
Basic knowledge of industrial communication such as Ethernet,
Modbus, Profinet/EtherNet-IP is an advantage.
Knowledge of electrical standards and good wiring practices.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering /
Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
