Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Manager – Finance to support the organization's financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and audit readiness. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to Ind AS accounting, cost centre accounting, statutory/internal audits, and financial controls while supporting business decision-making through timely MIS and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Ensure accurate accounting of financial transactions in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Maintain General Ledger, fixed assets, provisions, accruals, and cost centre accounting.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closures.
2. Audit & Compliance
- Coordinate and support Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Audits, and other regulatory audits.
- Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation while resolving auditor queries.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory regulations, and internal financial controls.
3. Financial Planning & Analysis
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Perform variance analysis against budgets and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare financial MIS, dashboards, profitability reports, and business performance analysis.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
4. Cost Centre & Process Management
- Monitor and maintain cost centre-wise accounting and expense allocation.
- Support ERP implementation, financial process automation, and system improvements.
- Supervise junior finance team members and ensure proper documentation of financial records and processes.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
- Hands-on experience in Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, and Financial Reporting.
- Good understanding of Cost Centre Accounting, reconciliations, and financial controls.
- Proficiency in ERP/Accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) and Advanced MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with excellent communication abilities.
Qualifications & Experience
- CA (Fresher) with 1 year of relevant experience, CA Final (Dropout) with 3+ years of relevant experience, or CA Inter with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in accounting, financial reporting, audits, and compliance is mandatory.
- Exposure to project-based, manufacturing, real estate, or construction industries will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per month
