Location: Bangalore
We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused HR Recruiter to support hiring and talent acquisition activities. The ideal candidate should be passionate about recruitment, communication, and building strong teams in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Understand hiring requirements and role expectations
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in recruitment and HR activities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of hiring processes
- Startup mindset preferred
