Job Title: Appointment Setter / Cold Caller (Healthcare Sales)
Location: Remote (Shift Timings: 10 PM - 7 AM IST)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to support a medical equipment sales organization. Your primary responsibility will be calling doctor's offices throughout the Los Angeles area, getting past gatekeepers, and scheduling qualified appointments for our outside sales representative.
This is a high-volume outbound calling role that requires confidence, persistence, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to physician offices and medical practices.
- Build rapport with office staff and successfully navigate gatekeepers.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the outside sales representative.
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Meet daily call, conversation, and appointment-setting goals.
- Represent the company professionally on every interaction.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of outbound cold calling or appointment-setting experience.
- Proven ability to reach decision-makers through gatekeepers.
- Excellent verbal English with little to no noticeable accent.
- Outstanding communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable handling objections and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet work environment.
- Must be available to work U.S. Pacific Time (PST/PDT) business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience calling medical practices, physicians, or healthcare offices.
- Experience supporting outside sales teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Pay: ₹40,624.05 - ₹47,175.74 per month
