Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules and customer delivery timelines.
- Supervise transformer manufacturing processes, including core assembly, coil winding, tank fabrication, final assembly, vacuum drying, oil filling, testing, and packaging.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and other production resources to maximize operational efficiency.
- Monitor production performance against established targets and implement corrective actions to address deviations.
- Ensure compliance with approved manufacturing procedures, engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Planning, Design, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Stores departments to facilitate uninterrupted production operations.
- Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
