Role Overview
As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified leads, support business development, and position Modular Pulse as a thought leader in the precast construction industry.
You will manage digital marketing, content creation, social media, events, PR, CRM operations, marketing collateral, and website performance while collaborating closely with leadership, sales, and external agencies.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta and other digital platforms.
- Optimize campaigns based on lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Drive both paid and organic lead generation initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Manage marketing budgets and campaign performance reporting.
Social Media & Brand Growth
- Develop and execute content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Increase audience engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
- Monitor analytics and continuously improve content performance.
Content Marketing & Thought Leadership
- Create and manage content calendars, blogs, case studies, articles, and video content.
- Develop content for company leadership and brand communication.
- Translate technical concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand content.
- Position the company as a trusted industry authority.
Events & Industry Engagement
- Lead marketing activities for industry events, summits, webinars, and conferences.
- Manage event promotions, registrations, communication campaigns, and post-event engagement.
- Support sales teams in converting event-generated leads.
PR & Corporate Communications
- Identify opportunities for media coverage, industry publications, podcasts, and speaking engagements.
- Build relationships with industry associations and media partners.
- Manage company announcements and external communications.
CRM & Marketing Operations
- Ensure seamless lead capture and handoff to sales teams.
- Manage marketing automation workflows and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and maintain CRM data quality.
Website & Digital Presence
- Manage website content, landing pages, and lead generation funnels.
- Monitor SEO performance, website traffic, and user engagement.
- Work with designers and developers to improve conversion rates and user experience.
Marketing Collateral
- Oversee the creation of brochures, presentations, product catalogs, and sales materials.
- Ensure all marketing assets are aligned with brand guidelines.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop dashboards and reports covering campaign performance, lead generation, website traffic, and social media metrics.
- Present marketing insights and recommendations to leadership.
Required QualificationsExperience
- 6+ years of marketing experience with exposure to multiple marketing functions.
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Experience in B2B marketing is essential.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, engineering, or real estate sectors is highly preferred.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or related qualification preferred.
