We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Catalog & Operations Executive to manage product cataloguing, marketplace listings, and day-to-day order processing activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate product information, updating listings, processing orders, coordinating with the operations team, and ensuring smooth execution of e-commerce activities across various online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage product listings on e-commerce marketplaces such as Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, etc.
- Upload and update product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, inventory, and other catalog details.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and marketplace-compliant.
- Process and manage daily orders received from different marketplaces.
- Coordinate order packing, dispatch, cancellation, returns, and related activities.
- Monitor order status, inventory levels, and pending orders on a regular basis.
- Identify and resolve catalog, order, inventory, and listing-related issues.
- Maintain proper records and reports for orders, products, inventory, and marketplace operations.
- Coordinate with warehouse, packing, and other internal teams for timely order processing.
- Keep marketplace catalogs and product information updated as required.
- Assist in improving product listings for better visibility and sales performance.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
