- Lead the design and evolution of highly scalable, reliable, and secure microservices-based architectures for critical FinTech applications.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and design patterns across multiple engineering teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with product management, business stakeholders, and other engineering leaders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and architectural blueprints.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance system capabilities, performance, and developer productivity.
