Reservations Executive

Job Summary
LHA Hotels is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Executive to manage hotel room reservations efficiently. The ideal candidate will handle booking inquiries, maximize room revenue, maintain accurate reservation records, and provide exceptional customer service while coordinating with the Front Office and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle room reservations through phone, email, website, OTAs, and travel agents.
- Process new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests accurately.
- Ensure all reservations are entered correctly into the Property Management System (PMS).
- Respond promptly to guest and travel agent inquiries.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals.
- Monitor room availability and optimize occupancy while following hotel pricing policies.
- Prepare daily reservation reports, arrival lists, and occupancy forecasts.
- Maintain corporate, travel agent, and B2B reservation records.
- Assist in managing OTA extranets and rate parity.
- Upsell room categories and hotel services to maximize revenue.
- Verify payment details, booking guarantees, and reservation confirmations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and guest satisfaction at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office operations.
- Knowledge of hotel PMS (Easy PMS experience is an advantage).
- Familiarity with OTAs such as Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, and MakeMyTrip.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer knowledge, including MS Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
